Welcome to use the Trading System mobile terminal (hereinafter referred to as “This Application”) and services of Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “COREX”)!

北铁中心重视会员信息及由会员指定使用本应用的操作人员（下称“指定操作人员”）个人信息的保护，在您登录本应用前，请您务必仔细阅读全文并透彻理解本隐私条款，北铁中心将按照本隐私条款收集、存储、使用、披露和保护会员信息及其指定操作人员个人信息。如对本隐私条款内容有任何疑问，您可向北铁中心咨询。如您不同意本隐私条款或其中任何内容，请勿使用本应用及服务。如您完成本应用登录即视为您同意并认可本隐私条款全部内容。
COREX pays attention to the protection of Members’ information and personal information of the operators designated by Members to use This Application (hereinafter referred to as “designated operators”). Before you log on This Application, please carefully read the full text and thoroughly understand the Privacy Policy. COREX will collect, store, use, disclose and protect Members’ information and the personal information of designated operators in accordance with Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about the content of Privacy Policy, please feel free to contact COREX. If you do not agree on Privacy Policy or any contents hereof, please do not use This Application and services. If you log on This Application, you are hereby deemed to agree on and acknowledge all the contents of Privacy Policy.

一、定义

I. Definition

“北铁中心”是指北京铁矿石交易中心股份有限公司，是经北京市人民政府及相关主管部门批准设立的交易场所。
“COREX” refers to Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center Corporation, which is a trading venue approved by Beijing Municipal People’s Government and competent authorities.
“交易系统”是指北铁中心铁矿石现货电子交易系统。
“Trading System” refers to COREX Iron Ore Spot Electronic Trading System.
“服务”是指北铁中心基于本应用功能向会员提供的铁矿石现货交易、信息等相关服务。
“Service” refers to iron ore spot trading, information and other related services provided by COREX to Members based on functions of This Application.
“交易规则/规定”是指北铁中心已经发布及后续发布的全部规则、办法、公告、通知等内容。
“Trading Rules/Regulations” refer to all the rules, measures, announcements, notices and other contents which have been issued and will be subsequently issued by COREX.
“会员”是指根据相关法律、法规、政策及北铁中心的相关规定，与北铁中心签署相关协议后在北铁中心进行铁矿石现货交易或获取资讯服务的企业法人。
“Member” refers to a corporate legal person which signs a relevant agreement with COREX to conduct iron ore spot trading or obtain information services from COREX in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, policies and relevant regulations of COREX.
“会员号”是指北铁中心向会员分配的用于登录交易系统的6位数字编号，一个会员只能拥有一个会员号。
“Membership Number” refers to a 6-digit number assigned by COREX to every Member, which is used to log on Trading System. Every Member can only have one membership number.
“账户”是指用于登录本应用的会员号、席位号、登录密码以及RSA验证密码的合称。
“Account” refers to a common term of membership number, seat number, logon password and RSA verification password used to log on This Application.
“入市协议”是指会员签署的《北京铁矿石交易中心铁矿石现货交易入市协议》或《资讯会员服务协议》。
“Market Access Agreement” refers to Market Access Agreement for Iron Ore Spot Trading of Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center or Agreement on Information Membership Service signed by Member.
“您”是指北铁中心会员和会员指定操作人员。
“You” refers to Members of COREX and the designated operators.

二、信息收集目的

II. Purposes of Information Collection

北铁中心收集您的信息的目的包括：
The purposes for COREX to collect your information include as follows:
1.认证会员账户以帮助您登录本应用；
To verify the member Account to help you log on This Application;
2.为会员提供服务，并发出与本应用及服务有关的通知；
To provide services to Members and issue notices related to This Application and services;
3.了解会员在技术及产品方面的需求；
To gain insights into the needs of Members in terms of technologies and products;
4.依照法律法规及监管要求，满足身份真实核验、交易系统和服务安全保障等需要；
To comply with laws, regulations and regulatory requirements, and meet the needs of authenticity verification, Trading System and service security;
5.邀请会员参与本应用及服务相关调查，帮助我们改善现有服务或设计新的服务。
To invite Members to participate in surveys related to This Application and services in order to help improve existing services or design new services.

您在登录使用本应用时，根据本应用要求填写和/或提交的账户相关信息，范围包括：会员号、会员指定操作人员的姓名、电话号码、邮箱地址等，同时可能采用验证指纹、面容识别等方式验证您的身份。
When you log on and use This Application, account information needs to be filled up and/or submitted according to the requirements of This Application, including but not limited to membership number, name of designated operator, telephone number, email address, etc. At the same time, fingerprint verification, facial recognition, and other methods may be used to verify your identity.
为了让您更安全、便捷地使用登录服务，如您的设备与本应用版本均支持指纹或面容功能，您可选择开通指纹或面容登录功能，通过在您的设备上完成指纹或面容验证进行登录。北铁中心仅接收验证结果，并不收集您的指纹或面容信息。如您不想使用指纹或面容验证，仍可通过其他方式进行登录。
In order to make your login service safer and more convenient, if both your device and This Application version support fingerprint or facial recognition, you can choose to enable fingerprint or facial recognition login function and complete fingerprint or facial recognition verification on your device for login. COREX only receives verification results and does not collect your fingerprint or facial information. If you do not want to use fingerprint or facial verification, you can still log in through other methods.
2.北铁中心在您使用本应用过程中收集的信息

In order to provide better services, when you use This Application, the information, which is related to your use of This Application and services, will be collected. Such information includes as follows:
（1）日志信息：当您使用本应用时，本应用可能会自动收集您使用本应用的情况，作为有关网络日志保存。例如您的登录账号、搜索查询内容、IP地址、网络环境、使用的语言、访问时间等。

（2）设备信息：北铁中心可能会根据您在本应用安装及使用中授予的具体权限，接收并记录您所使用的设备相关信息（例如MAC、SIM卡识别码、设备机型、操作系统及版本、移动端版本、唯一设备标识符、软硬件特征信息）、设备所在位置相关信息（例如IP地址、以及能够提供相关信息的WLAN接入点、蓝牙和基站传感器信息）。为了收集上述设备信息，北铁中心将会申请访问您设备信息的权限，如您拒绝提供相应权限将可能导致您无法使用本应用或享受相应服务。
Device information: According to the specific permission granted by you during the installation and use of This Application, COREX may receive and record the device-related information (such as MAC, SIM card identification code, device model, operating system and its version, version of This Application, unique device identifier, software and hardware feature information) and the information about the location of the device (such as IP address, as well as the information about WLAN access point feeding relevant information, Bluetooth and base station sensor). In order to collect the above device information, COREX will apply for permission. If you refuse to give the corresponding permission, you may not be able to use This Application or enjoy the corresponding services.

3.您应了解并同意，以下信息不适用本隐私条款：
You must understand and agree on that the following information is inapplicable to Privacy Policy:
（1）您使用本应用进行铁矿石现货交易的交易信息；
Information for iron ore spot trading during the use of This Application;
（2）您在使用本应用提供的搜索服务时输入的关键字信息；
Keywords you input when using the search service provided by This Application;
（3）违反法律法规、交易规则/规定、入市协议及本应用《服务协议》的行为与信息，以及本应用已对您采取的措施。
Behaviors and information which violate laws and regulations, Trading Rules/Regulations, Market Access Agreement and Service Agreement of This Application, as well as the measures that This Application has taken against you.

四、信息的共享

北铁中心仅将本隐私条款所述收集范围内的您的信息（下称“您的信息”）用于本隐私条款所述收集目的，除下列情形外，不会向第三方披露或共享您的信息：
COREX will only use the collected information (hereinafter referred to as “Your Information”) for the purposes as described in Privacy Policy, and will never disclose or share your information with a third party, except under the following circumstances
1.事先获得会员同意或授权；

2.依据法律法规、交易规则/规定、入市协议或行政机关、司法机关要求；
Complying with laws, regulations, Trading Rules/Regulations, Market Access Agreement or the requirements of administrative authorities and judicial authorities;
3.为维护会员合法权益或社会公共利益；
Protecting Members’ legal rights and public interests;
4.与部分业务合作伙伴的必要共享：您理解并知悉，为了必要且合理的业务的顺利展开，履行北铁中心在相关服务协议或本隐私条款中的义务，北铁中心可能会向第三方合作伙伴共享您的信息。但北铁中心仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的信息，并且只会共享提供服务所必要的信息。第三方SDK相关信息如下：

五、信息的存储和保护

V. Information Storage and Protection

您的信息将保存在本应用的服务器上，北铁中心将采取一切合理可行的措施及安全控制体系，保护上述信息，防止被他人接触、使用、修改、破坏或盗取。
Your information will be stored on the server of This Application. COREX will take all reasonable and feasible measures and security control systems to protect the above information and prevent it from being accessed, used, modified, destroyed or stolen.
为保障信息安全，北铁中心将采取多种合理的物理、电子和管理方面的安全措施，使您的信息不会被泄漏、毁损或者丢失，包括但不限于SSL、信息加密存储、数据中心的访问控制。同时，北铁中心对可能接触到您的信息的员工或外包人员采取了严格管理，包括但不限于控制权限、签署保密协议，监控操作情况等措施。
To protect information security, COREX will take a variety of physical, electronic and management security measures to a reasonable extent in order to prevent your information from being leaked or damaged, including but not limited to SSL, information encryption storage and data center access control. In addition, COREX will implement stringent management of employees or outsourcing personnel who may have access to your information, including but not limited to such measures as control permission, signing confidentiality agreement and monitoring operation situation.
但请您理解，影响网络安全的因素很多，信息网络上不存在可对抗一切风险的安全措施。对于非北铁中心故意造成的任何信息安全风险，我们会及时进行补救或采取防范措施，但是不承担法律责任。

For any information security risks not deliberately caused by COREX, COREX will promptly remedy or take preventive measures, but no legal liability shall be borne by COREX.
为保障信息安全，请妥善保管您的账户信息。本应用将通过对密码进行加密等安全措施确保您的信息不丢失，不被滥用和篡改。尽管有前述安全措施，但也请您注意在信息网络上不存在“完善的安全措施”。
For the purpose of information security, please keep your account information properly. This Application will ensure that your information is not lost, abused and tampered with by encrypting the password and taking other security measures. Despite the aforementioned security measures, please note that no “perfect security measure” is available on the information network.
如您发现信息泄露情况时，请及时通知我们。我们会尽最大努力采取合理措施提供协助。

六、本隐私条款的变更

VI. Revision of Privacy Policy

由于互联网发展、法律法规/规章及政策变化，本隐私条款列明的条款并不能完整罗列并覆盖相关各方的所有权利与义务、不能保证完全符合未来发展的需求。北铁中心可根据法律法规、交易规则/规定变化，为维护交易秩序、保护交易各方权益需要，不时修改本隐私条款。变更后的隐私条款一经发布于本应用上，立即生效，请您注意查阅。如您不同意变更后的隐私条款，您应立即停止登录使用本应用；如您在变更后的隐私条款发布生效后仍继续登录使用本应用，则视为您已同意并接受变更后的隐私条款。
Due to the development of the Internet, changes in laws, regulations/rules and policies, the Privacy Policy neither can give an exhaustive list and cover all the rights and obligations of the parties concerned, nor guarantee that it will fully satisfy the needs of future development. COREX may, from time to time, revise Privacy Policy in response to the changes in laws, regulations and Trading Rules/Regulations, thereby maintaining the proper trading order and safeguarding the rights and interests of all parties concerned. Once the revised Privacy Policy is explicitly released on This Application, it will take effect immediately and you must read it carefully. If you do not agree on the revised Privacy Policy, you should stop logging on and using This Application immediately. If you continue to log on and use This Application after the revised Privacy Policy is released with immediate effect, you are hereby deemed to agree on and accept the revised Privacy Policy.
隐私条款系《北铁中心铁矿石现货交易系统移动端服务协议》的组成部分，本隐私条款未约定事项，适用《北铁中心铁矿石现货交易系统移动端服务协议》。
Privacy Policy is an integral part of Service Agreement for Iron Ore Spot Trading System Mobile Terminal of Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center Corporation. For all matters not herein covered by Privacy Policy, Service Agreement for Iron Ore Spot Trading System Mobile Terminal of Beijing Iron Ore Trading Center Corporation shall prevail.
